About this role

As a Fleet Coordinator , you will use technology, fleet management systems, and strong communication to help keep our vehicles safe, clean, in good condition, and ready for our members. You will coordinate with Fleet Associates, internal teams, and external vendors to identify and resolve vehicle needs, track work through completion, and support daily fleet operations. Priorities, goals, weekly targets, tools, and assignments may change based on business and fleet needs, so being organized, adaptable, and able to follow through is key to success in this role.

What You'll Do:

- Coordinate vehicle repairs from start to finish, including scheduling work with internal teams and vendors, tracking progress, following up on delays, and ensuring vehicles are safely returned to member availability.

- Assist with hands-on fleet work when needed, including moving vehicles and completing or supporting field work tickets.

- Monitor fleet reports and systems daily to identify vehicles that need attention, including repairs, recalls, vehicle holds, high-idle vehicles, and other availability concerns.

- Support vehicle in-fleets, de-fleets, moves, and other fleet needs, including vehicle preparation, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

- Keep fleet systems, work tickets, and trackers accurate and up to date, so vehicle status, repair progress, and outstanding work are visible to the team.

- Respond to fleet requests from Fleet Associates, Member Services, vendors, and other internal teams and ensure requests are followed through to resolution.

- Support partner fleet programs by coordinating vehicle repairs, tracking vehicle status, and communicating updates with applicable teams and partners.

- Complete other fleet-related tasks and projects assigned to support changing operational needs.

What We're Looking For:

- Valid Driver's License

- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

- Flexibility to work various shifts

- Strong relationship-building skills

- Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on business need

- Background working with third-party vendors

- Experience with online, ticket-based workflows and fleet experience (strongly preferred)

- Logistics background (preferred)

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; continuously stand, bend, reach, walk, sit, and kneel; and frequently enter, exit, and drive vehicles

- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
