About the Role
Adventure Tours is seeking skilled part-time Auto Body Technicians to support our diverse fleet, which includes motorcoaches, cars, vans, trucks, and mini buses . This role offers flexible scheduling (approx. 20 hours/week), competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a mobile/yard environment, keeping our vehicles in top condition.

Responsibilities

- Perform auto body repairs on fiberglass, plastic, and metal surfaces
- Complete minor to moderate collision and cosmetic repairs on a variety of fleet vehicles
- Work independently in a yard/mobile setting with company tools and materials
- Ensure quality workmanship that meets safety and appearance standards
- Communicate with supervisors regarding repair needs and timelines

Qualifications

- Proven experience in auto body repair (fiberglass, plastic, and metal)
- Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
- Comfortable working in a non-shop environment (yard/mobile setup)
- Limited training and informational resources will be provided, but technicians should be capable of performing hands-on repairs independently
