Location: Bristol, CT
Pay Range: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and qualifications

Crowley RV is seeking a motivated and skilled RV Technician to join our growing service department. If you enjoy diagnosing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems while delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, appliances, slide-outs, and leveling systems.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections and customer orientation walkthroughs.
- Complete maintenance and repair work efficiently and accurately.
- Document repairs, parts usage, and labor operations.
- Follow manufacturer, safety, and dealership procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding repair status and recommendations.
Qualifications
- RV technician experience preferred.
- Experience with automotive, marine, powersports, truck, or construction equipment repair will be considered.
- Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- RVTI certification is a plus but not required.
