## Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support to an assigned department, division, or manager/director. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, answering telephone calls, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed. As this position provides direct support to a specific leader, it is important to note that if the leader leaves or changes roles, the administrative assistant's role and responsibilities may also change as they are closely tied to support a specific leader. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes for this role.
## Qualifications
Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required Experience• Proficient in office software (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets and email) required• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
