Residential Business Development Manager, Corian® Design

Shape the future of residential surfaces with an iconic brand.

Corian® Design is looking for an accomplished Residential Business Development Manager to accelerate profitable growth across the North American residential construction market. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, relationship-driven commercial leader who understands how to turn strong customer partnerships into sustainable business growth.

In this highly visible role, you will lead relationships with large home builders, regional kitchen and bath networks, purchasing organizations, distributors, fabricators, and other key residential partners . You’ll develop growth strategies, negotiate complex commercial agreements, influence product specifications, and build partnerships that expand the adoption of Corian® Design quartz and solid surface solutions.

What You’ll Do

Lead strategic residential growth

- Develop and execute sales strategies for key residential partners across North America.
- Build trusted relationships with executive leadership, purchasing organizations, and specification influencers.
- Create long-term account plans designed to increase product preference, standardization, and profitable revenue growth.
- Identify and convert new opportunities while expanding existing strategic accounts.
- Partner with distributors to develop competitive product and pricing proposals.

Own complex commercial negotiations

- Lead negotiations for national builder agreements, rebate programs, pricing strategies, and supply contracts.
- Develop compelling commercial proposals that balance customer needs, growth opportunities, and profitability.
- Manage contract renewals and support compliance with negotiated agreements.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and business leadership to structure complex customer agreements.
- Process and track contracted rebate submissions.

Build executive-level partnerships

- Serve as a senior commercial representative for Corian® Design with customer leadership teams.
- Present business reviews, growth strategies, and market insights to C-suite executives and senior procurement stakeholders.
- Influence purchasing decisions through strong value propositions and strategic partnerships.
- Represent Corian® Design at customer meetings, executive forums, and industry events.

Activate the distribution network

- Collaborate with distribution partners on sales strategy, forecasting, inventory planning, and demand-generation activities.
- Support distributor sales teams through training, joint customer engagement, and growth initiatives.
- Develop channel programs that increase market penetration and builder conversion.
- Connect distributors, fabricators, and builders to create a seamless customer experience.

Help shape where the market goes next

- Monitor trends across residential construction, kitchen and bath, multifamily, and luxury housing.
- Drive adoption of Corian® Design quartz and solid surface solutions through targeted business development.
- Partner with marketing and product teams on new product launches and builder-focused programs.
- Bring customer and market insights back into the organization to help inform product development and commercialization strategies.

What You’ll Bring

Required qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, national account management, or business development.
- Demonstrated success within residential construction, building products, surfacing materials, cabinetry, countertops, interiors, or a related industry.
- Experience negotiating contracts, pricing arrangements, and strategic commercial agreements.
- Experience developing relationships with national home builders and purchasing groups.
- Strong experience working through distributors and channel partner networks.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive relationship-management skills.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of closing profitable deals and developing strategic partnerships.

Even Better If You Have

- Direct experience with quartz, engineered stone, solid surface materials, countertops, or related finishing products .
- Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, builder purchasing cycles, and specification development.
- Experience influencing stakeholders across procurement, operations, construction, design, and executive leadership.

Location & Travel

This role offers flexibility to reside anywhere in the United States , provided you are located near a major U.S. airport. Travel of approximately 50% across North America is expected.
