Starting Pay: $24.84 per hour
Weekly Pay
Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Schedule: 2-2-3 shift pattern (non-rotating nights)
- Work 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on
- Consistent night shift schedule
- No rotating shifts
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts

Logistics Operator Level 5 (Team Lead)
Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills and extensive forklift experience? The LEGO Group is seeking a Logistics Operator Level 5 (Team Lead) to support daily warehouse operations, ensure material availability for production, and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and promote a culture of safety.
- Serve as a role model by demonstrating LEGO safety principles.
- Ensure warehouse processes are executed according to established standards and procedures with zero deviations.
- Monitor and verify material movements and replenishment activities to support production requirements.
- Confirm accurate execution of inventory and warehouse transactions.
- Conduct shift handoffs and communicate operational priorities.
- Review forklift availability and operational readiness.
- Report equipment issues related to forklifts, scanners, radios, and other warehouse tools.
- Assign team members to daily tasks and workload priorities.
- Monitor attendance and coordinate employee participation in required training, LOTO, safety, and EHS programs.
- Review closed order reports and maintain accurate warehouse locations.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and operational excellence initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse environment
- 2-5 years of warehouse operations and people leadership experience
- 2+ years of experience training and developing employees
Certification
- Forklift Certification required
Skills
- Leadership and team development
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to utilize warehouse systems
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- SAP experience preferred
- Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution operations
