As an IT Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business partners, analyzing their needs, and delivering and evolving technology solutions for corporate sectors. You will also contribute to compliance activities, IT asset monitoring, and the execution of initiatives under your responsibility.
You will collaborate with business partners and IT teams to clarify needs, assess impacts, document requirements, and ensure that delivered solutions meet expectations.

What You Will Accomplish With Us
As an IT Analyst, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Support business partners in clarifying, prioritizing, and validating their needs, facilitate analysis workshops, and document processes, business rules, and functional requirements;
- Assess the business, functional, operational, and technological impacts of proposed changes, and translate needs into clear requirements for design and delivery teams;
- Develop analyses, recommendations, and solution options to support decision-making;
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, architects, and other contributors in delivering initiatives;
- Define and coordinate functional validation activities and user acceptance testing, support users throughout testing, and follow up on defects and corrective actions;
- Maintain clear, structured, and up-to-date functional documentation;
- Coordinate the follow-up of commitments, action plans, audits, and compliance requirements related to your files, and contribute to the monitoring of IT recovery plans, business continuity exercises, and resulting actions;
- Support the evolution of IT assets, including risks, obsolescence, controls, and roadmaps, and prepare the follow-ups, analyses, and indicators required to report on progress and issues;
What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role
We are looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for their autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and proactive approach, developed through significant experience in IT analysis or business analysis;
- Stands out through excellent analytical, synthesis, writing, and communication skills, as well as experience in requirements analysis, documentation, and functional validation;
- Demonstrates a strong ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously and influence stakeholders without direct authority, while contributing to initiatives related to IT processes, risk management, and compliance requirements;
- Has a solid understanding of IT processes and business environments, supported by education in information technology, administration, business analysis, or a related field;
- Has knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry, which is considered an asset;
- Has experience related to IT asset management, IT disaster recovery plans, obsolescence management, or portfolio management, which is considered an asset;
- Has knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to produce analyses and monitoring reports, which is considered an asset;
- Has an advanced level of French and an intermediate level of English, as the individual will communicate with unilingual English-speaking partners across Canada through emails and phone calls on a weekly basis;
