The Opportunity
The part-time Safety Administrator keeps P1 Service's safety and compliance records current. You'll manage our client and contractor qualification platforms, including ISNetworld and Avetta, and support driver qualification, occupational health, and safety incentive processes. You'll work closely with Safety, Operations, Fleet, and Human Resources.
Schedule: Part-time. Primarily evenings and weekends, with occasional weekday availability as needed. Specific hours will be set with the selected candidate.

What You'll Do
Contractor Qualification Platforms
- Keep company profiles in ISNetworld, Avetta, and other required platforms accurate and current.
- Complete questionnaires and upload safety policies, training records, insurance documents, and other compliance materials.
- Track document expirations, client requirements, action items, and platform status, and follow up before deadlines.
- Respond to routine platform requests and help resolve account or submission issues.
Driver & DOT Compliance Support
- Obtain state-issued MVRs for DOT Driver Qualification Files and route them to Fleet for review and sign-off.
- Schedule DOT physicals for new and current drivers, and track medical card expiration dates.
- Keep driver compliance records organized in shared files with Fleet and Safety.
Occupational Health & Vendor Coordination
- Keep occupational health clinic accounts, authorized contacts, and service forms current at all locations.
- Schedule required pre-employment and periodic medical services as directed by Safety.
Safety Incentive Program
- Administer the program, which includes tracking participation, eligibility, and points; keeping records; and coordinating recognition or awards.
- Prepare periodic program updates for leadership.
General
- Gather and verify information from Safety, Operations, Fleet, and HR before it goes to clients or vendors.
- Spot recurring requirements, and recommend ways to keep records organized and submissions on time.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative, safety, compliance, or contractor qualification role
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines on your own
- Clear written communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Ability to handle confidential employee and company information, including driver and medical records
- Availability for a consistent part-time evening and weekend schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ISNetworld, Avetta, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with DOT driver qualification file requirements and MVR processes
- Experience with SharePoint
