This role translates business objectives into clear campaign goals, target audiences, messaging, creative direction, requirements, and success measures while ensuring every marketing workstream contributes to one cohesive campaign experience.

As the central point of alignment across Marketing, Sales, Traffic Management, and other stakeholders, you will provide program-level direction, keep teams aligned as priorities evolve, and ensure campaigns are strategically sound and launch-ready. This role is ideal for someone who can balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail and confidently lead a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.

The position combines a strategic program-management perspective with hands-on involvement across copy, video, graphic design, and other marketing materials, providing meaningful visibility and growth within the marketing organization.

Build strong business knowledge and trusted relationships by learning the organization, key stakeholders, marketing processes, and the direct-selling industry.

Improve alignment across Marketing, Sales, Traffic Management, and other stakeholders by clarifying objectives, expectations, requirements, and responsibilities.

Manage a high volume of campaigns, priorities, deliverables, and stakeholders while maintaining quality, momentum, and attention to detail.

Become a trusted cross-functional partner who uses strong emotional intelligence and communication skills to encourage collaboration and candid feedback.
