As a Surgery Registered Nurse (RN) at Memorial, youll be part of a high-performing perioperative team delivering safe, precise, and compassionate surgical care. From pre-op through recovery, youll play a vital role in ensuring every patient receives seamless, high-quality care throughout their surgical experience.

This role also includes on-call responsibilities, with the ability to return to the facility within 30 minutes when called in.
What Youll Do
- Provide skilled perioperative nursing care across surgical services
- Supervise and coordinate patient care throughout the surgical experience
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
- Ensure patient safety and maintain high standards in the OR environment
- Support and educate patients and families before and after surgery
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team
What You Bring
Required:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or a compact licensure state
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (required to obtain per BSN policy)
- CPR – Provider C certification
