The Imaging & Procedures Business Operations Manager serves as a key financial and business partner to Diagnostic Imaging and Procedures leadership, providing comprehensive financial, contracting, and operational planning support across the department. This role supports all Imaging & Procedures Directors by managing budgets, contracts, capital planning, and business analyses while strengthening financial acumen and decision-making across the leadership team. The Manager collaborates closely with clinical, operational, and physician leaders to ensure fiscal stewardship, sustainable growth, and alignment with organizational strategy.

This position will be 1.0FTE/full-time, Monday-Friday. The expectation is that this individual will be onsite the majority of the time, at our South Lake Union location in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial and business support for Diagnostic Imaging and Procedures, including operational and capital budget development, variance analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting in partnership with departmental leaders.
- Manage contracts and purchasing activities, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Third-Party Agreements (TPAs), vendor contracts, and purchase orders (POs), ensuring compliance, fiscal stewardship, and alignment with organizational policies.
- Oversee capital planning and management, supporting capital requests, business justifications, prioritization, tracking, and post-implementation financial review in collaboration with clinical, operational, and finance partners.
- Develop proformas and light business plans for new services, programs, staffing, equipment, and operational changes, providing actionable financial analysis to support leadership decision-making.
- Support provider staffing, FTE, and resource planning, including staffing assessments, financial modeling, and coordination of FTE and provider staffing requests.
- Partner with leaders to design and maintain financial and operational planning tools, supporting budgetary, volume, staffing, and operational forecasting across Imaging and Procedures to include research and clinical operations.
- Provide financial education and consultative support to departmental leaders, translating complex financial data into clear, practical insights to strengthen financial literacy and operational accountability.
- Support vendor negotiations and grant activities, including financial evaluation of vendor proposals, cost containment initiatives, budgeting, tracking, and reporting for departmental grants and external funding.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of healthcare financial operations, budgeting, and business planning
- Experience with contracts, SOWs, TPAs, vendor management, and PO processes
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and present insights clearly
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to partner effectively with clinical, operational, physician, research, revenue cycle and finance leaders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex healthcare environment
Preferred:
- Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related)
- Experience in Diagnostic Imaging, procedural services, or radiology business
- Experience in academic medical centers or integrated healthcare systems
- 5+ years of healthcare financial, business operations, or analytical experience
- Preferred experience supporting clinical departments or service lines
- Preferred experience with provider staffing models, capital planning, or grants management
The annual base salary range for this position is from $120,931.00 to $191,131.00, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
This position may be eligible for relocation assistance.
