Description

Prime Video is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sr. Business Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be a key partner across the organization, driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives that scale Prime Video's business. You will own critical mechanisms, lead go to market planning and execution for high priority business initiatives, and deliver cross-functional programs that directly impact the customer experience and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a builder who thrives in ambiguity, combines strong analytical acumen with exceptional program management skills, and has a track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will work at the intersection of content, product, marketing, and finance to ensure Prime Video operates with rigor, speed, and a relentless focus on customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end business planning processes including annual and quarterly operational planning, goal-setting, and business reviews
- Design, build, and maintain executive reporting mechanisms to surface actionable insights for leadership
- Lead cross-functional programs and initiatives that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate time-to-market for strategic priorities
- Partner closely with Finance, Product, Content, Marketing, and Technology teams to align priorities, remove blockers, and drive execution against shared goals
- Build, document, and continuously improve repeatable mechanisms (e.g., WBRs, MBRs, QBRs) that drive accountability and transparency across the organization
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization; communicate clearly and influence without authority
- Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation to ensure operational continuity and institutional knowledge
- Drive post-launch retrospectives and lessons-learned processes; translate findings into process improvements and preventive mechanisms

This includes critically-acclaimed and customer-loved original programming including The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, The Summer I Turned Pretty and Jack Ryan, along with an impressive line-up of live sports including Thursday Night Football, and a large selection through add-on subscriptions such as Max and Paramount+. Basic Qualifications

- 6+ years of Business strategy or Non-Tech Program Management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs
- Can show strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
- Experience in the entertainment industry
- Experience building and owning business review mechanisms and executive reporting

Preferred Qualifications

- 6+ years of workflow experience
- 7+ years of change management experience
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Knowledge of project management tools and software
- Master's degree in a quantitative field, or Associate's degree or above

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
