About this role

### About Veho

Veho’s mission is to power the future of commerce by making shopping, shipping and returns seamless for everyone.

We are building a modern, end-to-end logistics infrastructure designed entirely for the ever-evolving needs of ecommerce brands and everyday consumers.

Powered by next-generation technology and a vertically integrated supply chain, Veho gives brands and their customers unprecedented control over their deliveries and removes the pain from the ecommerce post-purchase experience. We make delivery the ‘extension of the brand’ and leverage it to create deeper loyalty and trust between brands and their customers, driving customer retention and lifetime value. Our rapidly growing client list includes leading consumer brands like HelloFresh, Zara, Macy’s, Sephora, and more.

To truly build an iconic company, we strongly believe that our people and values must be aligned with our mission. As such, we take pride in our championship team, merit-based culture. We seek team players who want to compete, win, make an impact and build a legacy, and we reward performance and impact players with generous equity and incredible career growth opportunities.

About the Role

You'll be the operational backbone of Veho's global legal function—owning our SpotDraft platform configuration, workflow automation, and data integrity while partnering with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and IT to eliminate friction from contract execution. You'll translate business bottlenecks into technical solutions: designing metadata schemas that enable accurate reporting, building conditional routing logic that cuts contract cycle time, and integrating our CLM stack with Salesforce to eliminate manual handoffs. Your work directly accelerates deal velocity and ensures legal doesn't become a bottleneck as we scale across markets.

A Great Candidate

- You have 3+ years in Legal Ops, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops at a multinational or high-volume environment—you've actually debugged CLM platforms and know where contract processes break down, not just read documentation.
- You've administered SpotDraft (or Ironclad, LinkSquares) at scale—backend configuration, custom fields, approval workflows, conditional logic—and can speak fluently about schema design and data governance decisions you've made.
- You're fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) and comfortable being the operational bridge between Bogotá-based legal and distributed international teams; you understand what gets lost in translation and prevent it.
- You've built dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio (or advanced Sheets/Excel) that actually moved the needle—you know which KPIs matter (contract cycle time, approval bottlenecks, spend variance) and can make them visible and actionable.
- You've configured Salesforce or HubSpot integrations or understand GTM tech stack architecture deeply enough to identify where manual data entry is causing friction and then fix it.
- You've used no-code/low-code platforms or generative AI tools to automate repetitive work—you see Excel-based processes and instinctively think "this shouldn't require human hands."
- You have experience with e-billing platforms, vendor compliance platforms, or third-party risk management—you've actually tracked spend against policy, caught overbilling, or ensured compliance checks happen before contracts execute.
- You're organized and detail-oriented in a way that shows in your work—you own data audits without prompting, flag inconsistencies, and document decisions so others can follow your logic and scale your solutions.

What You'll Do

- Own SpotDraft as the core platform administrator—configure custom metadata fields, schema tags, and conditional routing logic to match our business metrics and ensure 95%+ data accuracy across contract records.
- Design and build approval workflows and dynamic routing rules that reduce contract turnaround time—eliminate manual triage by automating intake-to-first-review pathways and reducing legal team admin overhead by quantifiable hours per week.
- Champion and deploy AI-powered tools (using generative AI platforms and no-code automation) to streamline contract intake, automate repetitive legal tasks, and measure adoption and time savings across the legal team.
- Optimize integrations between SpotDraft, DocuSign, and Salesforce to eliminate manual data entry and handoffs—ensure contract data syncs accurately and establish monitoring to catch misalignment.
- Administer our third-party risk and vendor compliance platform—execute background checks and compliance screening before contract execution, track completion against SLAs, and flag risk items for escalation.
- Prepare and route critical business documents for e-signature via SpotDraft and DocuSign—own the final-mile execution process and monitor signature bottlenecks in real time.
- Design and maintain visual performance dashboards tracking contract cycle time, approval bottlenecks, legal team utilization, and signature status—translate raw data into visibility that enables the legal team to self-diagnose delays.
- Conduct regular system audits to enforce data hygiene—audit metadata consistency, validate dropdown entries, and ensure compliance reporting is built on reliable data foundations.
- Administer our law firm e-billing platform—track external legal spend against budget, validate invoices against billing guidelines, recover overbilling discrepancies, and enforce corporate billing policy.
