General Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Microsoft 365 Power Platform Developer with 3-5 years of experience to design, develop, and support enterprise business solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI reports, Copilot Studio solutions, and Dataverse-based applications that improve business productivity, automate manual processes, and enable data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical development skills, business process analysis capabilities, and practical experience integrating Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Graph with Power Platform solutions. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, M365 administrators, and project teams to deliver scalable, secure, and supportable solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Power Apps Development

- Design, develop, test, and support Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
- Build business applications that streamline and automate manual business processes.
- Develop reusable components and application frameworks to improve development efficiency.
- Integrate Power Apps solutions with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Teams, SQL, and external systems.
- Implement role-based security and governance best practices within Power Platform environments.

Power Automate & Workflow Automation

- Design and implement automated business processes using Power Automate.
- Develop cloud flows and approval workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Create integrations between Microsoft 365 services and enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot workflow failures and optimize performance of existing automations.
- Develop monitoring and alerting mechanisms for critical business processes.

Data Analytics & Reporting

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and executive scorecards.
- Create data models and reporting solutions that provide actionable business insights.
- Integrate data from Microsoft 365 services, Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, and other enterprise data sources.
- Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and adherence to corporate data governance standards.

Copilot Studio & AI Solutions

- Develop and support Copilot Studio agents and conversational AI solutions.
- Integrate copilots with Microsoft 365 and approved enterprise data sources.
- Assist in evaluating new AI and automation capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through AI-driven process automation.

Solution Support & Operations

- Provide ongoing support for existing Power Platform solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, and integration issues.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution efforts.
- Support application lifecycle management (ALM) processes, including deployment, testing, and environment management.
- Work closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams to resolve escalated issues.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design reviews, and stakeholder workshops.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and digital transformation.
- Promote development best practices, governance standards, and solution reuse across the organization.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience building and supporting Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Experience developing Power Automate workflows and business process automation solutions.
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, and Power Platform solution management.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Microsoft Copilot extensibility.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API integrations.
- Experience with Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, or Azure Storage.
- Experience developing custom connectors and Power Platform integrations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and modern analytics platforms.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint Online administration and Microsoft Teams administration.
- Experience in a large-scale global enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting M&A-related business process integrations and automation initiatives.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable, including: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)Copilot Studio certification (if available)

Minimum Qualifications:
• 3+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
OR
5+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
