As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead day-to-day operations by supporting team members, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet operational goals.
- Oversee shift operations and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Support staffing needs by assigning duties, providing coaching, and assisting with training and development.
- Monitor service quality, resolve guest concerns, and create a positive customer experience.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety, sanitation, health, and safety regulations.
- Conduct opening, closing, and shift change procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, product ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandising as needed.
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures and support accurate register operations.
- Monitor labor, productivity, and operational performance to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for guests and employees.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding operational issues, staffing concerns, and business opportunities.
- Lead by example and promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and guest-focused service.
