Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

The primary objective of the Sr. Key Account Manager E-commerce is to develop and implement the sales strategy for each client in alignment with Reckitt strategic objectives (Net Revenue, COP, Gross Margin, and NWC), while also ensuring the continuous management and development of client relationships.
## Your responsibilities

- Build long-term partnerships with existing customers while also identifying and acquiring new clients.

- Responsible for achieving customer-level strategic objectives, namely Net Revenue (NR), COP, Gross Margin, and Net Working Capital (NWC).

- Prepare the annual sales budget, including gross sales, trade investments, and other customer-related expenses within the assigned area of responsibility, and ensure that established targets are achieved.

- Responsible for managing and executing the annual customer negotiation plan in line with Reckitt commercial strategy, the approved budget, and the customer’s commercial terms and conditions.

- Develop sales forecasts for customers within the assigned area of responsibility.

- Responsible for defining and executing portfolio, distribution, placement, and promotional strategies for customers within the assigned area of responsibility (including management of the trade investment budget), as well as for the implementation and ongoing management of category strategies for each customer.

- Responsible for developing new product launch plans for customers and ensuring their successful implementation and for defining each customer's promotional strategy and ensuring effective execution of promotional activities.

- Directly coordinate team members through active involvement and support whenever required.
Collaborate closely with the sales team responsible for omnichannel customers to drive sales growth through e-commerce-specific initiatives and online trade activities.

The experience we're looking for

- Minimum 4 years of FMCG experience in Sales/Marketing and Key Account Management in E-commerce;

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.

- Fluent in English and very good knowledge in MS Office.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.

- Good knowledge of the retail market.

- Strong presentation skills.
