As a Digital Project Manager within the Digital Project Management Office (PMO), your primary responsibility will be to lead the delivery of technology solutions in collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring the successful adoption, long-term sustainability, and performance of digital solutions across the country.
What you will do

• Manage the portfolio of strategic projects for one of our business lines.
• Lead projects from requirements gathering through deployment, following recognized project management methodologies, ensuring compliance and successful execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and collaborate closely with stakeholders, including development, communications, change management, training, and other teams.
• Monitor and manage risks to minimize project disruptions.
• Provide strong project governance and reporting through performance tracking and updates to strategic leadership teams.
• Develop deployment strategies tailored to the target user groups of each project.
• Support the promotion and adoption of projects deployed on a national scale.
• Validate solutions under development with end users and implement necessary adjustments based on feedback.

This role could be for you if you have

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing technology projects.
• A degree in Information Technology, Technology Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A solid understanding of the IT delivery lifecycle and technical concepts such as integration, configuration, and systems logic.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
• Versatility, curiosity, attention to detail, and perseverance, along with a desire to contribute to technology-driven organizational transformation initiatives.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while effectively managing competing priorities and stress.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• A high degree of autonomy and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English (required).
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Atlassian and Microsoft 365.

You’ll Stand Out If You Also Have:
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or an equivalent project management certification.
Strong knowledge of technology system and software implementation processes.
• Experience with accounting, financial planning, and analysis (FP&A) processes.
• Experience with SAP or CMiC.
• Experience using analytics tools such as Power BI, Databricks, or similar platforms.
• Experience incorporating user-centered design principles and change management practices within digital transformation initiatives.

• Exceptional communication skills, combined with adaptability, curiosity, determination, rigor, and a passion for contributing to enterprise-wide technology transformation projects.
