What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Employee, you'll play a critical role in keeping warehouse operations running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Load and unload products from trailers and containers.

- Move, organize, and stage products throughout the warehouse.

- Operate pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.

- Read labels, load sheets, and work instructions accurately.

- Follow verbal and written directions from supervisors and team leaders.

- Complete OSHA training and safely operate motorized equipment when certified.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

- Meet daily productivity and loading/unloading goals.

- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

✔ Dependable attendance and punctuality

✔ Ability to safely lift and move 50+ pounds regularly

✔ Previous warehouse, distribution, loading/unloading, or material-handling experience preferred, but not required

✔ Electric pallet jack experience preferred, but not required

✔ Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

✔ Basic reading and math skills

✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

✔ Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when required

✔ Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

✔ Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including heat, cold, and noise
