Client Leadership
Our Client Leadership teams are dunnhumby's commercial engine - building the long-term, trusted partnerships that turn customer data into measurable growth for the world's biggest retailers and brands. We work across grocery, mass and specialty retail, translating insight into action on everything from ranges and pricing to media and promotions.
About the Role
We are preparing for a potential new client engagement and building retail client leadership capability in Canada. This role will own senior day-to-day relationships with assigned retailer stakeholders and lead the delivery of insight-led work across agreed business areas.
What You'll Be Doing
You will combine senior relationship ownership, commercial awareness and coordinated delivery to create measurable value for the retailer.
- Build and own trusted relationships with assigned retailer stakeholders across relevant business areas.
- Shape and oversee account plans, workplans, delivery priorities and governance for assigned areas.
- Translate retailer priorities and customer insights into clear recommendations and coordinated actions.
- Identify opportunities to expand dunnhumby capabilities and contribute to revenue growth and renewals.
- Coach junior colleagues and connect work across insight, data science and client leadership teams.
What We're Looking For
You'll bring senior retailer-facing experience, strong commercial judgement and the confidence to turn customer priorities into practical action.
- Experience owning retailer relationships in a client-facing, insight or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of retail priorities, customer strategy and commercial decision-making.
- Ability to interpret insight and communicate clear, influential recommendations.
- Confidence managing multiple stakeholders, priorities and delivery commitments.
- Coaching capability or experience supporting the development of others.
