Client Leadership
Our Client Leadership teams are dunnhumby's commercial engine - building the long-term, trusted partnerships that turn customer data into measurable growth for the world's biggest retailers and brands. We work across grocery, mass and specialty retail, translating insight into action on everything from ranges and pricing to media and promotions.
About the Role
We are building capability to support a potential partnership with a Canadian grocery retailer. This role will lead the retailer-facing relationship and help shape the account workplan from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing
- You will own day-to-day retailer relationships, delivery priorities and value creation across the proposed account.
- Own and develop relationships with retailer counterparts and expand stakeholder coverage across the value chain.
- Create, manage and implement the retailer account plan, including agreed value delivery.
- Set and drive the client workplan so it remains aligned to business priorities.
- Identify opportunities to expand dunnhumby capabilities and support the sales process through to contract.
- Lead and manage the retail-facing team against account plans, renewals and measurable return on investment.
What We're Looking For
- You'll bring retail client leadership, commercial thinking and the ability to turn customer priorities into coordinated delivery.
- Experience within retail and confidence engaging senior retail stakeholders.
- A track record of creating commercial value through products and services.
- Team leadership and development capability.
- Ability to connect retailer strategy, customer priorities and workplan delivery.
- Strong insight interpretation, stakeholder management and storytelling skills.
