Revenue Cycle Reporting Analyst

This position works onsite in Casa Grande, Arizona. Remote work is not available.

Sun Life Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Reporting Analyst with advanced Excel skills to analyze revenue cycle performance, build dashboards and scorecards, and provide reports that support operational and financial improvements.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze billing, collections, denials, accounts receivable, and reimbursement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports.

- Use eClinicalWorks reporting tools and advanced Excel to prepare recurring and ad hoc reports.

- Ensure reporting accuracy and investigate data discrepancies.

- Present findings and recommendations to Revenue Cycle leadership.

- Partner with billing, coding, front office, and clinical teams to improve revenue cycle performance.

Qualifications

- Minimum of five years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, reporting, and data analysis, required.

- Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, claims, collections, denial management, and payer reimbursement.

- Power BI experience is a plus.

- eClinicalWorks and FQHC experience strongly preferred.

- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
