Your role

At PwC, our goal is to ensure organisations are ready to build trust in the marketplace through a prepared workforce. PwC’s community of solvers combines extensive strategic knowledge with practical implementation experience to help businesses and their people thrive amid uncertainty. Joining our HRMS team means becoming a key member of a team dedicated to automating and optimising HR processes for businesses . Working with accounting, finance and payroll teams, Managed Services, Technology and other stakeholders, you will turn improvement opportunities into practical solutions, including workflow automations, low-code applications, dashboards, AI-enabled tools and prototypes. - Support user guidance, training and adoption.

- Measure results, including processing time, manual effort, errors, rework, exception resolution time, control effectiveness and user experience.

- Record lessons learned and encourage the reuse of effective automation components, solution patterns and improvement methods across payroll and related processes.

- At least two years of experience in accounting, finance, payroll, Human Resources operations, shared services or another transaction-intensive environment.

- Strong learning agility and the ability to understand unfamiliar processes, tools and technologies quickly.

- Persistence, ownership and resourcefulness when dealing with ambiguity, technical limitations and operational challenges.

- Strong analytical judgement, with the ability to consider dependencies, exceptions, risks and unintended consequences.
