- Collaborate directly with senior business and marketing leaders to shape media requirements from the initial brief, maintaining strict financial governance over a substantial multi-million dollar annual budget allocation.
- Proactively analyse performance trends and identify early strategic risks, crafting tailored, custom media solutions to successfully navigate non-standard campaign and planning challenges.
- Supervise planner deliverables to elevate work quality, while embedding team-wide marketing technology processes, taxonomy standards, and procurement systems to drive consistency and operational efficiency across the practice.
- Full E2E ownership of media performance and reporting on their category’s performance.
What you’ll bring
To succeed you will bring a highly analytical mindset. You are a self-starter who takes the lead and thrives when solving complex problems and building operational capabilities in ambiguous situations.
- 5 to 10 years of experience dealing with complex media situations and advising stakeholders, with a strong background in media planning and account service/leadership.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional projects, managing planning horizons, and supervising tasks to deliver successful integrated campaigns.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of managing and optimising multi-million dollar media investments with tight financial oversight and risk management.
- Expert stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and develop peer and stakeholder behaviors across both internal teams and external partners.
