What you’ll do
Join the Everyday Rewards Partnerships team as a Marketing Executive, where you’ll manage data-driven lifecycle campaigns across multi-channel touchpoints.
- Manage high impact campaigns end to end, planning, briefing, and executing across app, email, online, and in-store touchpoints to drive member engagement and retention.
- Partner closely with internal and external partners to deliver joint loyalty initiatives and high-impact campaigns
- Work across model-based automation engines to deliver relevant, value-packed experiences for Everyday Rewards members.
- Run ongoing A/B and optimisation tests to continually improve performance
- Track campaign metrics, prepare post-campaign reporting, deliver optimisations and recommendations for future campaigns, and assist with tracking budgets and ROI.
What you’ll bring
- Three years experience in executing data-driven campaigns, with an emphasis on lifecycle, trade driving and building customer loyalty.
- ands-on experience in Below-the-line marketing is essential for this role to deliver targeted, high-converting campaigns.
- Demonstrated expertise in running end-to-end direct communication campaigns across email, push notifications, and app messaging.
- Understanding of the dynamic pace of retail and feel comfortable responding quickly to changing priorities and shifting market conditions.
- Highly organised with a proven ability to manage, prioritise, and deliver multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
