What’s the role?

Join our Loans Execution team and play a key role in supporting customers and bankers across the NSW Corporate Agribusiness portfolio. This permanent, full-time opportunity can be based anywhere in Australia, offering flexibility while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.

You'll work alongside Relationship Directors and deal teams to structure, document and execute complex lending transactions for Corporate Agribusiness customers. From preparing and negotiating term sheets through to managing facility documentation and execution, you'll help deliver quality customer outcomes while appropriately managing financial, non-financial and reputational risk.

Working closely with Credit, Portfolio Management, Product, Legal teams and external banking partners, you'll play an important role in delivering seamless lending solutions and exceptional customer experiences.

What do I need?

- Experience structuring and executing complex lending and security transactions within corporate, institutional or agribusiness banking environments

- Strong understanding of bilateral lending facilities, debt products and facility operations. Club lending experience would be viewed favourably

- Ability to negotiate and manage term sheets, facility agreements and related lending documentation

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams and customer groups

- Sound credit, risk and commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer and business outcomes
