What’s the role?

As Senior Manager, Protective Security, you'll lead the ongoing development of Westpac’s physical security risk management framework and help protect our people, customers, assets, and operations from physical security threats. The role is responsible for managing security risk assessment methodologies, incident response, and security governance while ensuring alignment with industry best practice and relevant security frameworks.

You'll also play an important leadership role supporting major events, executive protection activities, crisis response, and external engagement with relevant security and law enforcement stakeholders.
