Who you are:

- Are you an ambitious and motivated student who thrives in an environment powered by entrepreneurial spirit and an inspired vision for the future? We want you on our team!
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate co-op (or internship) program at a recognized Canadian university.
- Have Excellent computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Be able to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and concisely, using appropriate technical vocabulary.

What you get to do:

Procurement Operations

- Support the purchase request intake process and assist with procurement workflows.
- Support spend reporting and data analysis activities to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sourcing and purchasing requirements.
- Assist with supply chain reporting, process improvement initiatives, and data management activities.

Materials Management & Logistics

- Support materials management activities, including inventory tracking and reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels and help identify replenishment requirements.
- Assist with reporting and analysis related to inventory performance and material utilization.
- Support process improvements that enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Support management of the product data hub to ensure inventory catalogue accuracy and consistency
- Work with supply chain team members to ensure materials are available to meet business requirements.
