As Orion Pharma continues to grow internationally, we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to strengthen our team. In this role, you will help develop compensation and benefits practices and turn complex data and business needs into clear, actionable insights. Responsibilities may evolve within the team according to business priorities and individual strengths.

You will be part of Orion’s global Compensation & Benefits team and report to the Head of Compensation & Benefits. The role is based in Espoo, Finland, and combines global and local responsibilities for strategic C&B topics in Finland.

Your key responsibilities

- Contribute to developing and implementing Orion Pharma’s compensation and benefits concepts, processes and tools.
- Prepare analyses, benchmarks and presentations, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Take ownership of recurring compensation and benefits reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery.
- Contribute to annual compensation and performance management processes and other Compensation & Benefits initiatives.
- Help implement job evaluation practices in accordance with Finnish collective agreements and provide practical guidance where needed.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, line managers and external partners across countries and functions.

Our expectations

- Relevant experience in compensation and benefits, analytics and reporting, together with a sound understanding of compensation and benefits principles and processes.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate large datasets into clear conclusions and practical recommendations.
- The ability to see the big picture while maintaining close attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
- A structured, accurate and dependable approach to reporting and operational responsibilities.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organisation.
- Advanced Excel and presentation skills; experience with HR systems and data visualisation or reporting tools is an asset.
- Knowledge of Finnish collective agreements and job evaluation practices is an advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English.
