Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operational transactions, including new hires, employee changes, and terminations in the HRIS system.
- Support and maintain HRIS processes, including training team members on relevant procedures.
- Conduct periodic data/process audits, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Manage employee documentation, electronic records, new-hire and promotion acknowledgements, and related HR documentation.
- Monitor the People Solutions Helpdesk and provide timely Level 1 support for employee queries, HR processes, and policy-related requests.
- Escalate complex employee requests or issues to the appropriate People Solutions team when required.
- Support People Solutions projects, process improvements, intranet updates, and certification-related activities.
- Partner with internal teams and employees to understand their requirements, build strong working relationships, and identify opportunities to improve HR processes.
- Ensure HR activities are completed with accuracy, confidentiality, quality, and timely follow-through.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 1 year of relevant HR/People Operations experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly while handling repetitive HR transactions.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation, responsiveness, follow-through, and sense of urgency.
- Professional approach with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for supporting employees and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft SharePoint is preferred.
- Should demonstrate a continuous-learning and process-improvement mindset.
