About the Team

We are the central and regional expert function to steer all relevant pricing topics. We drive the Aftermarket pricing approach with dedicated tools & systems and clear & standardized processes. The pricing department is the connector to all relevant stakeholders like e.g. categories, central & regional Business Lines and Finance to secure optimal pricing decisions.

What you can look forward to as Head of Portfolio Pricing (m/f/d):

- Support Aftermarket profitable sales growth by designing & implementing adapted pricing strategies and methods for product categories and provide product pricing expertise towards business lines;

- Define, design and deploy global price corridors framework across product portfolio and channels;

- Lead preparation & calculation of Aftermarket price corridors and collaborate with various stakeholders to release new price corridors on time and respecting overall pricing targets;

- Recommend adapted pricing method for defined product strategy (value based, attribute based, margin or cost plus, competitive…);

- Provide pricing guidelines and support for product launches and campaigns, including simulation tools to evaluate impact;

- Leverage advanced pricing analytics to provide price corridor change recommendations & mix optimization towards category managers and sales teams;

- Processing and use of competitive benchmarking data to support product pricing decisions;

- Manage pool of product pricing experts and develop pricing expertise.

Your Profile as Head of Portfolio Pricing (m/f/d):

- Successfully completed studies in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline;

- Several years of professional experience in pricing, preferably in Automotive Aftermarket;

- Experience in leading remote teams in a matrix organization and in change management;

- Experience with pricing software (ideally Price fx);

- Strong advanced analytics & business analysis skills, and very good communications skills in English (verbal & written);

- Experience in analyzing large amount of data and variances in multicultural environment;

- Rigor in managing targets & deadlines;

- Fostering collaboration & empowerment with good communication skills.
