About the Role

As a Documentation Assistant at NOV SPS, you will be part of a team that primarily works with internal documentation (As-Built) as well as the preparation of documentation to be delivered to customers (Manufacturing Data Books – MDB).

You will support production units by preparing documentation packages for use during manufacturing and assembly, collecting and managing completed documentation, and finalizing packages for customer delivery. This role may involve direct interaction with customers and their representatives.

This is a one-year fixed-term contract , with the possibility of extension depending on the level of project activity and workload.

Essential:

- Strong proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- 2–3 years of experience in a documentation-related position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work in a structured, focused, and independent manner.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality.

Desired:

- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of oil and gas manufacturing or assembly processes.
