All about the role:

As part of this journey, we are looking for a Head of Digital Product Finance to lead the technology capabilities that enable our finance function across EMEA and APAC.  Reporting to the Regional Chief Information Officer, EMEA & APAC, you will lead a product organization responsible for evolving finance products and capabilities, ensuring technology investments enable business performance, operational excellence, compliance, and future growth.
The role combines strategic leadership, product management excellence, and strong finance domain understanding.

What you’ll do:

- Own Finance technology products across EMEA and APAC.
- Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap.
- Partner with CFO organizations and finance leaders.
- Prioritize investments based on business value and outcomes.
- Drive simplification, harmonization and modernization of tech landscape and financial processes.
- Ensure strong governance, performance and adoption.
- Lead product evolution across finance processes and capabilities.

Who you’re:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- Significant leadership experience in Finance Technology, with responsibility for enterprise-scale Finance and ERP platforms.
- Proven experience leading global, cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders across complex organizations.
- Strong expertise in Product Strategy, Finance Processes, and ERP Platforms.
- Experience managing technology portfolios and prioritizing investments to maximize business value.
- Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into impactful technology solutions.

Leadership & Transformation

- Track record of leading large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.
- Experience driving organizational change and modernizing finance technology landscapes.
- Strong people leader with a passion for building, developing, and empowering high-performing teams.
