About the role:

As our Global Employee Lifecycle Process Owner, you will play a key role in driving the evolution of our global employee lifecycle processes and people data governance. Acting as the bridge between HR Operations, HR Technology, and business stakeholders, you will ensure that our processes are simple, scalable, compliant, and enabled by best-in-class digital solutions.
This role requires a strong combination of Workday expertise, process excellence, and change agility. You will identify opportunities to improve the employee experience, drive standardization across regions, and help shape the future of our people processes through technology, automation, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do:
- Own and continuously improve global employee lifecycle and people data processes.
- Act as the global subject matter expert for People Data and Workday-related processes.
- Partner closely with HR Technology teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective system solutions.
- Lead process standardization and simplification initiatives across regions and functions.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digital transformation projects that enhance efficiency, user experience, and data quality.
- Analyze complex process and system challenges and identify scalable solutions.
- Support and influence changes to people data structures, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Review and assess system enhancements, process changes, and improvement opportunities, ensuring alignment with business needs and global standards.
- Support implementation activities including requirements clarification, testing, documentation, communication, and change management.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge materials.
- Promote best-practice use of Workday and related HR technologies.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
- Actively monitor industry trends, technology developments, and emerging best practices to drive ongoing innovation.
Your qualifications:
- Solid HR experience in a multinational environment, including significant Workday expertise as System User or SME.
- Previous experience in a similar Process Owner, Global Process Lead, HR Operations, or Workday Subject Matter Expert role.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, people data management, and HR operations.
- Proven track record in process improvement, standardization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives as a member or owner.
- Agile and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a global environment.
- Strong digital mindset and passion for leveraging technology to improve processes and user experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective communicator, able to translate complex business and system requirements into practical solutions.
- Experience working across countries, functions, and diverse stakeholder groups.
- High attention to detail combined with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

This is a full‑time position, based in Kraków, Poland. We work in a hybrid model (5 days of remote work per month).
