About this role

Qualifications
● 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Analyst
● Proven experience in a Product Owner or Delivery Coordinator capacity within a large-scale enterprise environment.
● Strong experience in Content Supply Chain or Digital Content Management
● Hands-on experience with Adobe Express, Content Assembly platforms
● Strong understanding of Content Creation, Assembly, Composition, and Modular Content workflows
● Experience with DAM, Metadata, Taxonomy, and Content Governance processes
● Experience in Requirements Gathering, Functional Analysis, UAT, Documentation, and Training
● Experience working in Agile delivery models
● Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
● Knowledge of LLM orchestration and prompt engineering for headless system interactions.

The BSA will also have a strong technical background with a focus heavily on Generative AI capabilities that generates and delivers compliant text, understands API integration, guardrails and complexities around it.
The BSA must understand how digital marketing content flows through an enterprise tech stack to effectively translate and document the Agentic AI BPM's workflow requirements.
Enterprise Architecture Familiarity is a must with understanding of Digital Content Workflow tools, Creation tools, DAM, Production applications like AJO and other such tools.
Strong knowledge of API architectures for tools like Adobe Workfront, Adobe Express, Adobe Firefly, Adobe Experience Manager - Adobe Assets, Veeva Vault Promomats.
A strong understanding or experience in mapping the functioning of an AI agent to source data from a Workflow Orchestration tool like Adobe Workfront, use AI to generate draft text content, extract relevant data and meta-data from DAM, push digital content data into downstream solutions that provide API connectivity for consumption.
They will be responsible for documenting functional requirements, collaborating with AI/ML developers to document technical requirements that describe how the Master Orchestration layer interfaces with adjacent legacy systems.
