Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is seeking a Spa Therapist who shares our passion for excellence and is dedicated to creating exceptional wellness experiences for our guests. As part of our award-winning Spa team, you will deliver personalized treatments, lead yoga sessions, and create moments of relaxation and renewal that leave a lasting impression. Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will play a key role in upholding the highest standards of service, wellness, and genuine care that define the Four Seasons experience.

A Maldivian work permit will be provided by the resort if required.

What you will do:

- Deliver professional spa treatments tailored to guests' needs, ensuring a personalized and high-quality wellness experience.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge to recommend and upsell treatments, packages, and retail items.
- Create exceptional guest interactions through warm, attentive, and professional service, handling requests and concerns with care.
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are consistently maintained to the highest standards.
- Manage bookings, guest records, and retail transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support daily spa operations, training activities, and teamwork while upholding Four Seasons service standards.
- Perform any additional duties as required.

What you bring:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in spa therapy.
- Comfort and professionalism in performing cross-gender treatments.
- Formal training in physiotherapy, massage, or holistic treatments would be an added advantage.
- Relevant professional certifications in Spa/Massage Therapy with additional qualifications in physiotherapy and holistic therapies.
- Knowledge of naturopathy and holistic wellness practices, or previous experience delivering naturopathy-related treatments, would be a distinct advantage.
- Strong command of English, with good numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated potential for growth, with a positive attitude and drive for development.

Schedule & Hours:

- This is a full time position
- 48 hours a week with one day off
