About this role

We are looking for a **Partner Contracts Specialist** to join an international team managing contracts for indirect channel partners.

This is a **fully remote** role, working in a multinational corporate environment. You will handle contract-related processes from onboarding and activation to amendments, maintenance, reporting, and closure.

**Contract:** 6 months, with extension available

**Working hours:** 13:00–22:00

**Salary:** **5,000 RON net/month**

**Languages:** English and Spanish – mandatory

Tasks

* Manage the signing, activation, maintenance, and termination of partner contracts.
* Set up contracts and purchase agreements in internal systems.
* Process contract changes such as legal entity updates, address changes, mergers, acquisitions, and affiliate additions.
* Manage product and discount associations for partners.
* Provide support to business stakeholders on contract processes and procedures.
* Work with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other support teams to resolve contract-related cases.
* Prepare standard contract templates and business communications.
* Extract and analyse contract and partner data for reporting purposes.
* Prepare regular status and volume reports.
* Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements and automation opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, confidentiality, and audit requirements.

Requirements

* University degree in **Law, Economics, Business Administration, International Relations**, or a related field.
* **1–2 years of experience** in contract administration, contract management, back-office, procurement, shared services, or commercial support.
* **Advanced English – mandatory.**
* **Advanced Spanish – mandatory.**
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good organisational and prioritisation skills, especially when working with deadlines and high volumes.
* Good Excel skills and experience with CRM, ticketing, or database systems.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and with international teams.
