About this role

Office Location: Bucharest, hybrid work 2 days/week at the office

Collaboration Type: Individual Labor Contract/B2B

Working hours: 9:00 - 18:00

Duration: 1 year

Salary: 4000 RON NET

Please note that only candidates based in Romania will be taken into consideration.

Tasks

* **Communication and Pricing Support:** Lead communication and offer pricing support for the sales team and partners, developing trusted relationships.
* **High-Tech Tools:** Utilize high-tech tools to prioritize key contacts within your customer portfolio and manage urgent actions.
* **Problem-Solving:** Listen carefully to customer challenges and identify solutions to drive pricing behavior.
* **Cross-Team Collaboration:** Facilitate challenging solutions by involving other teams in working with the customer.
* **Advisory Role:** Advise the Sales and Account Management teams on setting up pricing for products (Personal Systems).
* **Business Enhancement Projects:** Lead and/or participate in business enhancement projects across geographies.
* **Promotion Campaign Management:** Ensure that promotion campaigns are visible and properly launched for resellers.

Requirements

* Ability to build relationships across teams and cultures.
* Drive and creative power to meet the continuous challenges of the role.
* Proven problem-solving skills.
* Proven analytical skills coupled with a willingness to continuously learn.
* Solid computer literacy and curiosity to work with various technical tools to gain efficiencies.
* Typically few months of experience, preferably in economics; a completed university degree with some experience in pricing is considered an advantage.
