YOUR NEW PAIR OF SHOES:
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management data and analytics landscape in close collaboration with IT and relevant business functionsEstablish a central and reliable data foundation for Quality Management, integrating quality-relevant data from different source systems
- Define and continuously develop data structures, data models and reporting standards for Quality analytics
- Translate business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions, enable and support Quality teams in the effective use and interpretation of data, reports and analytical tools
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve Power BI reports, dashboards and analytical applications
- Establish standardized Quality KPIs and ensure consistent definitions across the Quality organization
- Act as the central interface between Quality Management, IT and other data-owning functions
- Identify and implement opportunities for advanced analytics, automation and AI within Quality Management
YOUR WALK OF LIFE:
- University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering or a comparable role
- Experience with modern cloud-based data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake or Databricks
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, DAX and performance optimization
- Very good SQL skills and experience with ETL/ELT processes and heterogeneous data sources
- Strong experience in data and semantic modeling, particularly dimensional/star-schema modeling
- Understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, metadata management and data lineage
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical data solution
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
