Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

- Translate intended outcomes into clear learning objectives and aligned evaluation measures, in partnership with the Learning Business Partner, Enterprise, and business stakeholders.

- Build evaluation into the solution design from the outset, extending measures beyond participant reaction and knowledge gain to also capture application and behaviour change, in partnership with the Learning Business Partner, Enterprise, and Learning Operations.

- Develop assessments and feedback methods appropriate to the learning solution.

- Review learner feedback, assessment results, and other available evidence to identify improvement opportunities.

- Recommend and implement updates based on findings, stakeholder input, and evolving business needs.

- Demonstrated experience in hands-on design and development of blended learning solutions (i.e., instructor-led, e-learning, virtual-learning, support resources).

- Demonstrated experience designing and developing business-based case studies grounded in real organizational situations, challenges, or decisions, rather than hypothetical or simulated scenarios.

- Experience designing enterprise-wide or role-based programs intended for broad, diverse audiences is considered an asset.

- Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, technology, or digital environments is considered an asset.

Technical Proficiency Requirements
