Our client, a highly regarded private equity firm in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a polished and highly capable Executive Assistant to join its Finance & Legal team. This individual will support a senior group including the CFO, Deputy CFO, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and a few junior team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives and additional members of the Finance & Legal teams
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
- Prepare and process expense reports
- Manage meeting logistics, conference rooms, and related materials
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage competing priorities
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Partner closely with the broader EA team to provide seamless coverage and support
- Assist with additional administrative needs and projects as they arise
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior Executive Assistant or administrative support experience; open to varying levels of experience
- Experience within private equity, financial services, legal, or another fast-paced professional environment strongly preferred
- Impeccable professional presentation and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Well-developed sense of urgency with excellent follow-through
- Thick-skinned, resilient, and comfortable working with demanding senior executives
- Ability to prioritize effectively and remain composed in a rigorous, fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, team-oriented mentality
- High level of discretion and sound judgment
- New York Notary Public license preferred; must be willing to obtain one quickly if not already licensed
- Comfortable working in the office five days per week
SALARY
Up to $150K base + discretionary bonus, depending on experience.
HOURS / SCHEDULE
5 days/week onsite in Midtown Manhattan, with designated WFH periods throughout the year, including Summer Fridays, the Friday before holidays, the last week of August, and the last week of the year.
