Purpose of the position

As Professional Customer Excellence , you will ensure reliable, end-to-end customer service from order entry through on-time delivery and fulfilment. You will coordinate closely with customers, Sales, logistics partners and internal teams, while driving customer satisfaction, process improvement, service levels and cost efficiency across the supply chain.

Location of the position

The position will be based in our modern office in central Madrid, Spain (Paseo de la Habana).

What you will do

You will use your expertise in customer service, logistics and export processes to:

• Manage the end-to-end order process, from order entry and IDoc release through on-time delivery and order fulfilment.

• Set up new customers, including processes, master data and special requirements, in close collaboration with Sales and the customer.

• Coordinate deliveries with logistics service providers and carriers, including inventory and incoming-delivery analysis, invoice approval, labelling and work orders.

• Monitor storage quality, quantity, age, cost and efficiency, and plan packaging and decoration materials.

• Drive customer satisfaction and claim management while ensuring agreed KPIs, service levels and inventory targets are achieved.

• Maintain customer and product master data, including labels and bills of material, and prepare invoices and required declarations.

• Prepare import, export and transport documentation, including export declarations, letters of credit, legalization documents and air-freight shipper declarations.

• Support continuous-improvement and cost-saving initiatives across Customer Excellence and distribution processes.

What makes you a good fit

• Completed vocational training, secondary education or a relevant qualification in logistics, sales, business administration or a related field.

• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, production or logistics; automotive-industry experience is highly desirable.

• Solid experience with export declarations, export-related processes, preferential origin and basic export-control requirements.

• Awareness of dangerous-goods shipments and external factors affecting logistics, such as legislation, fuel costs and environmental requirements.

• Good analytical, organizational and time-management skills, with a reliable and customer-focused approach.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, Sales, carriers, service providers and international stakeholders.

• Confident use of Microsoft Office and SAP; experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and customer platforms such as Stellantis or Ford is an advantage.

• Fluent Spanish and English; French or German would be a strong advantage.
