Your responsibilities
- Gathering and clarifying business requirements with key stakeholders.
- Translating business needs into functional requirements, use cases and specifications for technical teams and IT architects.
- Providing functional support to the client within the Fixed Network Wholesale area.
- Analyzing and documenting business processes , including process modelling in BPMN.
- Acting as a bridge between business and IT teams , ensuring clear communication and alignment on requirements.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst in the telecommunications industry , ideally within Fixed Network Wholesale.
- Good understanding of telecom/network concepts , preferably including Bitstream Access, HFC and GPON.
- Strong requirements gathering, functional analysis and process modelling skills , with experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Proactive and independent approach , with the ability to gather missing information and work with limited guidance.
- Fluent Polish and English , enabling confident day-to-day communication with local and international stakeholders.
- Availability to work onsite in Warsaw 1–2 days per week or willingness to travel regularly.
