In this client-facing, field-based role, you will use consultative selling, strategic account management, and data-driven insights to grow revenue, strengthen dealer relationships, increase program enrollment, and deliver solutions that create measurable business value. This role requires frequent travel — approximately 65% to 75% of the time, typically three out of four weeks per month — to support dealer engagement, client meetings, field activities, and business development initiatives.
## What you will do in this role
In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned OEM field staff and dealership partners.
- Define, communicate, and manage client requirements, program updates, operational changes, and strategic initiatives.
- Leverage data, analytics, and business insights to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and deliver recommendations that drive enrollment, dealer performance, client success, and revenue growth.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue, retention, enrollment, and quota-based performance objectives through consultative selling and strategic account management.
- Identify, develop, and close incremental revenue opportunities through account expansion, cross-sell initiatives, and new program adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals, general managers, fixed operations leaders, and OEM field personnel.
- Act as a Dealer Services Group subject matter expert, providing guidance, education, and strategic consultation to dealers and OEM stakeholders.
- Develop and execute territory business plans designed to increase dealer engagement, program enrollment, retention, and overall business performance.
- Use a consultative sales approach to uncover dealer needs, identify business challenges, and recommend solutions that create measurable value.
- Proactively monitor dealer performance, enrollment trends, and market conditions to identify risks, opportunities, and growth strategies.
- Lead the rollout of new products, service offerings, and program enhancements to dealers and OEM field teams.
- Conduct dealer meetings, performance reviews, business consultations, and training sessions in both individual and group settings.
- Support regional, field, and national OEM meetings as the Dealer Services Group representative.
- Partner closely with internal sales, operations, program management, and leadership teams to coordinate enrollment, retention, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Research industry trends, market developments, and competitive activity to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and leadership.
- Manage dealer retention efforts, conflict resolution, and escalation management while maintaining strong client and dealer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of dealer activities, opportunities, pipeline development, and business outcomes.
- Travel 65% to 75% of the time to support dealer engagement, field activities, client meetings, and business development initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
