Digital Content Creator Trainee

Are you an art, media, or communication student who wants to grow as a Digital Content Creator? Join us to create, adapt, and publish engaging content for websites, intranet platforms, email communications, and social media while developing your creative and digital skills.

Internship Purpose

To develop professional expertise in digital content creation while supporting the delivery of engaging, brand-compliant content across digital communication channels. The role provides hands-on experience in content creation, adaptation, publishing, and cross-functional collaboration within the Digital Content team.

Key Tasks & Success Measures:

- Create and adapt content for websites, intranet platforms, email communications, and social media across multiple projects and channels, with success measured by quality, accuracy, and engagement.
- Support publishing, updates, compliance checks, and quality reviews while demonstrating progress in content creation, publishing, and digital communication skills.
- Apply brand, editorial, and accessibility standards consistently to all deliverables.
- Participate effectively in content planning, reviews, and digital communication projects, collaborating with content, design, and project teams and improving content through feedback and revisions.

- Digital Content Creators and Work Lead
- Visual Designers, UX/UI Designers, and Motion Designers
- Project teams and business stakeholders

Requirements:

- Mandatory active student status in Digital Media, Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Content Creation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating content creation, digital communication, or creative projects.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of content management systems and digital communication channels.
- Good organizational skills and English proficiency.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including one day per week in the GBS Gdańsk office.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, CMS platforms, or website content publishing is a plus.
- Basic image editing skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools is a plus.
- Understanding of SEO, accessibility, or digital analytics is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools is a plus.

What we offer:

- A contract of mandate with an hourly rate of PLN 31.40 gross
- Internship for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility to extend it to 6 or 9 months.
