Responsibilities
- Consult with clients about their family's travel needs and vacation goals
- Research family-friendly destinations and accommodations
- Assist with theme park, cruise, resort, hotel, and vacation package planning
- Compare available travel options
- Coordinate eligible reservations and travel arrangements
- Create organized itineraries and provide important trip information
- Help clients understand available travel options and supplier policies
- Communicate professionally throughout the planning process
- Provide customer support before and after travel
- Continue developing destination and supplier knowledge

Customer service or travel experience is helpful but not required. Training and ongoing education are available.
