What You'll Do

As a Vacation Planning Specialist, you will:

- Learn about each client's vacation preferences, interests, and budget

- Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation packages

- Compare available travel options and supplier offerings

- Create personalized vacation recommendations

- Coordinate reservations and travel arrangements

- Prepare organized itineraries and important travel information

- Communicate with clients throughout the planning process

- Provide support before, during, and after travel

- Stay informed about destinations, promotions, and travel suppliers

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong organization and attention to detail

- Comfortable researching information online

- Ability to learn new technology and reservation platforms

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Genuine interest in travel and helping others
