About this role
What You'll Do
As an Online Travel Reservations Advisor, you will:
- Assist clients with vacation planning and travel recommendations
- Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, flights, and vacation packages
- Coordinate travel reservations and booking requests
- Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
- Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information
- Maintain accurate client records and reservation details
- Build lasting relationships through excellent service and follow-up
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable using computers, online booking platforms, and email
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for travel and helping others
- Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel experience is a plus, but not required
