The Role
As a Senior Consultant – Consultancy, you will contribute to the analysis, design, and delivery of client solutions across a wide range of consulting engagements.

You will work within teams to structure problems, develop insights, and support execution of strategies and transformation initiatives, while ensuring high-quality deliverables and strong client outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Analyze business problems and structure solutions using established methodologies
- Collaborate with specialists to support strategy development and execution
- Optimize client processes and support change and transformation initiatives
- Deliver high‑quality work products and contribute to client satisfaction
- Maintain strong attention to detail while understanding broader business context
- Lead small teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Facilitate discussions and support decision-making in client engagements
- Communicate insights clearly through written and verbal deliverables

- Experience in consulting, business analysis, or transformation environments
- Exposure to structured problem-solving and solution delivery

- Ability to structure problems and develop actionable solutions
- Strong facilitation and collaboration capability

Technical & Professional Skills

- Experience using consulting methodologies and frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio)
- Ability to develop structured documentation and reports

Business & Client Knowledge

- Awareness of sector challenges and opportunities
- Ability to articulate consulting offerings and value propositions

Additional Requirements

- Strong organization and time management skills
- Structured working approach and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel

Education

- MBA preferred
