About the role
As a WMS Super User, you will play a key role in ensuring our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) effectively support operational excellence across our logistics environment. Acting as a bridge between Operations, IT, customers, and support teams, you will help optimize system performance, improve processes, and support the successful delivery of business objectives.
This role is critical in enabling efficient warehouse operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring users can effectively utilize WMS capabilities. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, contributing practical expertise, process insight, and system knowledge to support both day-to-day operations and future developments.
How you will contribute
- Act as the primary point of contact for WMS-related questions, incidents, and user support within the operation.
- Support the configuration, testing, implementation, and enhancement of WMS functionality to meet operational requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT teams, customers, and external partners to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
- Investigate system issues, analyze root causes, and coordinate solutions that minimize operational disruption.
- Deliver user training, guidance, and knowledge sharing to support adoption of system changes and best practices.
- Participate in projects involving WMS upgrades, implementations, customer onboarding, and operational process improvements.
- Monitor system performance and data quality, ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and user guides.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and enhance operational performance.
- Contribute to testing activities and change management processes to ensure successful deployment of new solutions.
What you will bring
- Experience working with warehouse management systems, logistics operations, supply chain processes, or related business applications.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions and explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing sustainable improvements.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, enabling you to build productive relationships across teams and functions.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to both operational and project-based activities.
