About this role

Position description
We are hiring a Corporate Accounting Manager to help build and scale our growing finance organization. This role goes beyond traditional close and reporting, you will help design processes, strengthen controls, develop and implement AI tooling, and partner cross-functionally to ensure financial accuracy as our operations grow in complexity.
The Corporate Accounting Manager will play a critical role in day-to-day accounting operations while helping evolve systems, policies, and workflows that support multi-entity operations.
What you will do
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules across core balance sheet and P&L accounts.
Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives that strengthen reporting quality, efficiency, scalability, and controls
Identify and implement opportunities to use automation, technology, and AI-enabled solutions within management reporting processes
Mentor and develop accounting team members and serve as a trusted resource across the broader finance organization.
Assist with ongoing audits and liaise with external auditors
Experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate will: 
AI experience Direct experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents 
Big 4 foundation with industry depth: 7+ years of experience, preferably in software
Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit readiness, along with proficiency in accounting software and Excel, is desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site, collaborate across teams, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is expected.
Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is preferred.
